Oasis Palm -Inclusive - Cancún

Set next to El Embarcadero pier in Cancún’s Hotel Zone, Oasis Palm - All-Inclusive has 200 metres of private beach. This Mexican-style resort offers outdoor pools, a spa, shops and restaurants.

The air-conditioned rooms at the Oasis Palm feature a private bathroom. Each one comes with cable TV, and many have fantastic sea views.

The Oasis Palm’s 5 restaurants range from Japanese to seafood to Mexican food. There are also 6 bars, including a swim-up bar and a beach bar. Children can enjoy the kids’ restaurant and the activity programme.

Numerous bars, restaurants and shopping centres can be found nearby. Other activities include Mexican cuisine courses and Tequila and Mezcal tastings.

Downtown Cancún is around 5 minutes’ drive from the Oasis Palm, while Cancún Airport is 20 minutes’ drive away. Trips to Mujeres Island leave from the port next to the hotel.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Upon check-in, guests must pay a one-time StudentYouth resort fee of USD 30. Charges apply for adults between 18 and 25 years old staying from February to April. The policy is mandatory, per person, and not refundable. Cash only.

Credit cards issued to people other than guests (i.e., parents, spouses, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico.

Studentyouth policy (year-round) studentyouth Travellers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger travelling without a legal parentguardian, and is applicable atOasis properties year-round. Generally, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property accepting studentyouth (not applicable to family travel).

Any guests meeting the above definition of studentyouth traveller are subject to the following conditions:

The minimum age requirement for property check-in is 18 years of age.

At least 1 guest per room must be aged 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted to stay unaccompanied.

Any student group travelling with guests under 18 will require a chaperone (s).

One chaperone is required per 1-19 studentsyouths under 18.

The minimum age requirement for a chaperone is 25.

All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year-round.

Please note that the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18.
